Dr. Shrividya (Shri) Iyer has 15+ years industry experience across several major pharmaceutical companies and in diverse therapeutic areas including oncology. Dr. Iyer has led development and execution of Real-World Data (RWD) strategy supporting global launch and post approval evidence generation assessing benefit-risk of products. Dr. Iyer has been an early proponent of utilizing real world data to optimize clinical development and support evidence- based decisions related to study design, that in long term could translate into increased probability of trial success. Shri has presented extensively at professional conferences and published in leading peer-reviewed journals. Shri has a degree in Pharmacy and a doctoral (PhD) degree in health outcomes research
