Bhakti Arondekar

Bhakti Arondekar, PhD, MBA is currently VP, Integrated Team Lead for the Global Oncology Prostate and Biosimilars group within the Patient Health and Impact at Pfizer. In this role she leads a team of Global HEOR and Market Access colleagues who are responsible for generating health economics, outcomes evidence and global market access strategies to support successful reimbursement & access for prostate cancer and biosimilars portfolio in the Oncology Business Unit. In addition, she is also the subject matter expert for the HEOR Oncology Team. Bhakti’s previous experience at Pfizer includes leading the Global and US HEOR teams across Immuno-oncology, RCC, Hematology, and Lung portfolio. Prior to joining Pfizer, she was with GSK for 11 years where she held several roles with increasing responsibilities within the US and Global Health Outcomes organization and provided strategic leadership across multiple therapeutic areas (Oncology, Vaccines, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Immunology and Rare Diseases). Bhakti has a PhD in Pharmacoeconomics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, MBA in Finance, & BPharm from the University of Mumbai. She has also completed the AFPE Pre-Doctoral Fellowship and the UIC-Searle Fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics.
